Hand forged high carbon steel blade for making your own carving knife! The blade comes sharpened.
- 15-20 mm wide at the base.
- Blade length is around 60 mm.
- Thickness is approx 3.5 mm at the base and tapered to approx 2 mm at the tip.
- Material: 80crv2.
- Since it's all handmade sizes and shapes may slightly vary).

Estimated delivery times
Each products is made to order and have a 1-3 week processing time (if not stated otherwise) plus shipping time. The estimated shipping time is:
- Shipping time within EU: 1-3 weeks
- Shipping time outside EU: 2-4 weeks

Orders sent as regular mail will be delivered to your mailbox and does not have a tracking number. If you want to have a tracking number for your order, please choose the shipping option "tracking number" and it will be delivered to you closest pickup point. The tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is shipped.
Orders will be sent with swedish postal service "Postnord" and once it arrives to your country it will be taken care of by your country's national postal service.

Material and care
The material used in each product is stated in the product's description. If I use the term "iron" I am referring to mild steel which is around 99.8% iron and 0.2% carbon. Tools requires iron with a higher carbon content and is usually referred to as High carbon steel. The specific steel used is stated in the product's description
For products made out of iron: I recommend keeping the product away from water and moisture. It has a protective layer of linseed oil so if it gets wet no harm is done, just wipe it off and let it dry. The best protection and care is to use the product daily.
